Partnership entities may select from one of the applications forms listed below:

• Asset Purchase form - please complete this form if your entity wishes to apply for an asset or motor vehicle loan
• Cash/Working Capital form - please complete this form if your entity wishes to apply for a cash loan or working capital loan.

Please return the completed form with the neccessary documentation to our office at 231 Waimanu Road for processing.
