This facility is available for all people who comply with the following guidelines.

Qualifying Criteria

Anyone over 18 and below 55 years of age who:

• Has regular income
• Has stability of employment and address
• Has a sound financial position
• Is of proven integrity and having an established record of willingness to meet obligations
• Is a citizen of Fijior holds a work permit

Entry Requirements

The following are the requirements:

• Recent salary slip/recent financials
• Recent passport size photo
• Home supporting bills for confirmation of address
• Copy of FNPF Card/Driver’s License
• Quotation of item being purchased
• Evidence of any other form of income
• Copy of Business Registration if self employed.

Repayments

Repayment is by monthly installments of principal and interest.

Term

Minimum Term – 3 months
Maximum Term – 24 months

Interest Rate and Fees

Interest is charged at the rate of 19.00% per annum, calculated on the sale amount and multiplied by the term of the hire purchase. Interest is charged to the hirer’s account on the day the hire purchase agreement is signed.

Fees

Fees applicable are as follows:

A documentation fee calculated at 2% of the sale amount (subject to a minimum of $20.00) will apply and is charged to the hirers account on the day the hire purchase agreement is signed.
