Dominion Finance Limited has Lending Agreements specific to our services and products offered. These Agreements also serve as security documentation.

Please see our standard lending agreements attached.  These are the standard agreements issued to customers however depening on the value of the loan and the customers requirements we have will will modify agreements.

In cases where lending is of considerable value and complex our lending agreements and security documentation are drawn up and registered by our Solicitors R Patel & Co.
