Personal Loan Agreements

Loan Agreements for Personal Loans are dependent on the value of the loan.  Personal loans that fall within the unsecured limit of $3000.00 require an Assessement & Approval and Irrevocable Authority to be signed by our customers.  

Personal Loans falling outside the unsecured value will have Agreements drawnup and registered by our Solicitors R Patel & Co Ltd.
