Notice COVID-19 Relief

 

We at Dominion Finance value your loyalty with us. Due to the Coronavirus Outbreak in Fiji and the impact it is having on our Economy, some of our Valued Customers are facing difficulties in meeting their repayment obligations.

We fully understand the current situation and sympathize with our affected Customers. For all affected Customers, arrangements will be made to offer relief based on the Customer’s specific circumstances and in line with Consumer Credit Act.

Customers facing genuine financial difficulties in meeting payment obligations, please note the following:

  • No Penalty Interest will be charged effective from 1st of April 2020 (To be reviewed after 3 months).
  • We may re-structure your loan account to either reduced payment amount or provide interest only option or deferred payment option depending on your current financial status.
  • We will require documentary evidence of hardships experienced, such as letter from employer stating changes to work hours or change in salary.
